Dying To Wear This Shirt

No matter how long the winter, spring is sure to follow. ~Proverb

Oh, and what a blessing that is! Finally I am able to put the boots and jeans in the closet, and drag out the flip flops, flowy skirts, and capris. :D

I've been particularly stir crazy, dying to wear this shirt over the winter...

I found it hiding in the aisles of a local Goodwill in January...

As soon as I saw it, the colors just screamed spring and a pair of white capris...

A dart was added under each arm hole, as they were a tad on the large side...

 And she then fit perfectly...

And let me tell you, it was TORTURE seeing it sitting there every time I went to my closet on those bitterly cold days...

But it was well worth the wait and excitement to pull it out on that first 70 degree day. Perfect for creating all kinds of giddy and feminine feelings...

Oh, and dropping in for a surprise visit at work with this sweet thang...

Do you have a favorite outfit you are wearing to pieces this spring?

Have a wonderfully blessed day! Thanks for stopping by!

I do not have any spring pieces beckoning to me, but the weather is warming up here, so I need to go shopping!!

I hope you're doing well, dear friend! Enjoy the beautiful weather - God is so good to give us springtime!!

    Hugs!

  2. I finally could wear capris here yesterday as the temperature was in the 70's. Not usual for this time of year but a nice break after a long cold winter. Your blouse looks lovely !

Well hello there! Thanks for stopping by! I LOVE to hear from you all out there. Just please remember to keep everything kind and Christ-like. In the words of that wise papa rabbit, "If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all". :)
