I Is Officially 22...

Yeap. As of yesterday around, 1:30 in the afternoon, I officially turned 22. Wow, I'm getting old... :P



And what a fantastic day it was. I'm not sure that I celebrated on just one day this year. In fact I think the party got started Saturday with a HUGE surprise from a very special someone.



Justin texted me Friday night asking me to ride to town with him Saturday morning. I'm naturally a nosy person, and asked him why. Well, he never really told me why. He just said he needed to get something adjusted. I left it alone and assumed he would tell me when he wanted.

Saturday morning comes, he picks me up, and instead of taking a left for town, we went straight. I asked where we were going, and he said he needed to pick something up at his house. We get to his house, and his 2 year old niece greets us and says "we got a present for you Angel!". Long story short, I opened this huge box, and laying in it was the most gorgeous compound bow. I got to spend all of Saturday adjusting my gift, and shooting her off. :D

For my actual birthday, I decided to hang around the house, with a slight celebration in the evening.



Mama grilled the most amazing steaks for dinner. Followed by my favorite dessert of cheesecake...



My brother gave me a huge surprise as well. Every year I ask him if he will give me some flowers, and he says no. This year, he surprised me with this...

My sister fulfilled one request for me. A photo shoot with my special someone...











How about the LORD blessing me with this sight in the evening...



I am so thankful for another year. Twenty-one was a great year. Full of many adventures, and lessons from the LORD. I can't wait to see where twenty-two goes. GOD is so good, ALL the time! :D

Thank-you everyone for all of the sweet birthday wishes! You are all awesome! :D

I have a feeling that my 21st birthday will go down as probably one of the best ever for me. I was able to do some of my most favorite things in this world, with some of my favorite people in this world. :D

I went to church, and heard a sermon I really needed to hear. So thankful for that!

Ate lunch at my favorite restaurant with my family, and a dear friend. ;) Incredibly thankful for that!

Was sung "Happy Birthday" from my family at home. Very thankful for that!

Ate the most wonderful chocolate cheesecake ever. Wow, am I thankful for that!

Opened presents from the family, as was blown away by what they gave me. So thankful for that!

Watched my favorite gift with my family. Very thankful for that!

Went to church and heard another wonderful sermon. Amazed and thankful for that!

Watched my sister walk in the rain with friends after church, while I talked a bit with the dear friend. Again, incredibly thankful for that!

Came home, checked Facebook, and was amazed at how many people had wished me Happy Birthday. So, so, thankful for that!










I am so incredibly thankful for the LORD blessing me with another birthday. And for amazing me with an awesome one such as this. I didn't think I was going to say this about turning 21, but I am looking forward to this coming year. I am looking forward to seeing how the LORD is going to be working in my life, and how HE'll use me. GOD is so good, ALL the time! :D

Well, I better get off of here. It's getting late, and I have to wake up bright and early to head to work. I'll be telling you a bit more about that in the near future.

A Good Day For Her

So, my dear sister wanted to tell all of ya'll thank-you for the birthday wishes. She was so excited to have people she knew, and those she has only read about, wish her a great birthday. :D

I believe she had a wonderful birthday. She had 6 friends come over for dinner, a scavenger hunt, and a camp out. So there were alot of giggles, girl talk, not much sleep, but all around good fun. :) I was the official photographer of the grand event, as well as chaperon when mama and daddy retired for the evening.

So, let me share with you some of the day...
