I stopped by a local thrift store for the first time in a very long while, this past Tuesday. I wasn't really expecting to find anything. I was hoping to though. And find something I did...
I found this beautiful, what I think to be perfectly vintagy and all 1940's or 1950's style of dress...
I did have to alter it a bit, as the arm holes were a tad bit too big. All I did was add a dart below each arm hole to remedy the problem. It took me 10 minutes to do that. And I added the belt to help shape the dress...
This dress is sooo... comfy, and I felt very feminine wearing it to church this past Sunday. I can already tell this will be a wardrobe favorite. :D
Do you thrift store shop? If so, what treasures have you found of late?
Have a wonderfully blessed day everyone! Thanks for stopping by!
