I am a chicken mommy! Two weeks ago, Justin and I decided to adopt 5 little chickens.

Whoever said a dog was man's best friend never had a pet chicken. I mean, can a dog lay eggs for you?
It's so exciting having these birds! While I was growing up, my family always had chickens, and I cherished every moment of raising them. That was one of things I missed the most after getting married. But now, Justin and I have started a flock of our own! It's just plain exciting ((SQUEALS)) ;)
