And here it is, the final wedding post. Starting out with the decor me and my family worked on for many hours the week before...
Sign I painted for the church driveway...
The arbor my daddy and granddaddy built by hand...
Boutineers inspired by Pinterest...
Guest book table...
Unity candle...
The program my sister so wonderfully designed...
The aisle...
Cupcake tier, my dad help me pit together...
Cake for me and my love to cut. This was a gift from a dear lady I work with...
Instead of a cake topper, I set this Willow Tree figurine my mom gave me of to the side...
Finger foods were served, and set on tree trunk sections cut by my dad...
For favors, had a cookie buffet. All cookies were baked by my mother, and some ladies in our church...
Mr. and Mrs. B entering the reception...
Cutting the cake...
We were kind to one another, and there was no "wasting of dessert"....
Mason jars were our glass of choice...
:D
Bouquet toss...
Leaving...
Once again, more tears :) ....
Riding off into the sunset with my prince...
I am so thankful to all those who help put this day together. So many offered their help, in so many ways. From photography, to cleaning, to setting food out, without these many amazing people, that day would not have run as smoothly as it did.
But I'm more thankful to my LORD and HIS goodness in bringing Justin and I together. There was a good deal of waiting on the LORD, on both of our parts, to know that we were meant to be together. But the wait was worth it. I wouldn't have had it any other way. My dear friends, wait on the LORD's timing. Even when it hurts. HE knows best, and will bring about what HE wants for you, in HIS perfect time. And trust me, when you look back, you will be thankful for how it all happened, even the heart ache and pain, because you will know that GOD put it all together.
Well, I'm going to get off of here for now. I hope that since things have settled down, to share some of my new life. Like the amazing honeymoon in the NC mountains, and our house, and getting used to being a wife. I want to continue to share the LORD's goodness, and hopefully be an encouragement to each of you dear friends out there.
Until next time...
Have a wonderfully blessed day! thanks for stopping by!

Angel Bishop, do you know that I don't think I ever saw this post?? Your blog did something strange with your wedding posts so they're all linked to each other somehow, at least on my computers, and so I genuinely believe that I never saw this! O_o But all of these photos are so pretty and just the breath of summer romance I needed today! Love you, dear friend, and hope you're doing well! :-)

Vicki
